Wash your hair with warm water but wash off the shampoo with cold water. It keeps the head skin tonned and makes it easy to wash off the shampoo.
Healthy diet keeps the hair healthy from the inside out. Consume a diet rich in iron, Zink , vitamins B and C 🍎🍍🍉🍋🌽🌶🍄🍆
Massage your head as it allows the minerals from your food to get into the base of your hair.
How to massage your head?
Use warm seasam oil or coconut oil. You can also use almond oil or grape seed oil. Warm oil gets soaked in better.
Put the oil onto your fingertips and massage the whole head. Leave it for 20min or even for the whole night🌙 if you can.
Use herbal 🍃☘🌿shampoo to wash your hair. Detergents aren’t healthy for your hair.
